Estimated processing times are 5-7 days. All orders are usually shipped out on a Monday or Tuesday and will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's journey. Roots Natural Candles is not responsible for any lost packages.
Please be sure to double check your delivery address. Roots Natural Candles is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, Roots Natural Candles is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
Please be sure to double check your shopping cart before placing your order. Roots Natural Candles is not responsible for orders placed wrongly by the consumer.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us at rootsnaturalcandles@gmail.com for any questions and concerns!
DAMAGE
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at rootsnaturalcandles@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
